Solana Prepares ChatGPT Plugin, What is it for? - Economic
Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is increasingly attracting many parties, now there is Solana which has prepared a ChatGPT plugin for users.
Artificial intelligence has become a hot topic of discussion after the explosion in popularity of ChatGPT , giving something completely new to make it easier for people to access information, even creating writing with a presentation that resembles real human results.
Solana Prepares ChatGPT Plugin According to a Decrypt report , the company behind the Solana blockchain, Solana Labs, is ready to enter the AI technology sector via the ChatGPT plugin .
The plugin will allow users to search for the Solana blockchain via the OpenAI conversational chatbot service .
According to the Solana Labs team, it will allow users to perform various tasks through the ChatGPT interface, such as viewing wallet balances, transferring cryptos and even buying NFTs. This is expected to make it easier for users to navigate the Solana blockchain.
“ Plugins are accessing existing and publicly accessible code and data… [Our] work in this area is intended to promote secure, human-interpretable standards around [big language models] and transaction delivery,” said Software Engineer at Solana Labs , Noah Gundotra.
However, the plugin currently available is still a beta version , available to developers on the Solana Labs GitHub account.
The beta version allows developers to test the plugin and provide feedback to Solana Labs before entering the full and official version rollout phase in the ChatGPT plugin store.
Solana seems to have a distinct focus on AI , where previously the Solana Foundation has announced a grant with a total value of US $ 1 million to encourage developers and the use of AI in its blockchain.
“Solana Labs is working on a new protocol standard that will enable ChatGPT to have common interactions with on-chain programs promoting greater security and interpretability,” said Gundotra.
The news about the ChatGPT plugin has had a positive effect on the price of its original coin, SOL, where it has gone up about 7 percent in the last 24 hours to US$22.61.
